Sometimes each of the patient’s 2 breasts may be different from each other. There may be problems such as one big and one small, one saggy and one upright, both big but one bigger than the other. There are many alternatives for breast asymmetry such as augmentation to the other side, lifting or augmentation to the opposite side, or reduction to one side, breast lift to the other side, augmentation using different size prosthesis on both sides or just intervention to one chest.
